If you are purchasing a house, we offer an end-to-end service, helping you to select an estate agent and solicitor, giving you an objective and knowledgeable opinion on fees charged and contract conditions. Our many years of experience working in Wokingham, Berkshire and the surrounding areas gives us a very good understanding of the local property market. We have excellent relationships with local estate agents and other professional service providers, which helps to ensure a seamless process and enables us to negotiate on your behalf when required.
If you are a first time buyer, we understand that it can be very daunting to purchase your first house. We will help you at each step of the process, and give as much support as you need.
If you want advice on remortgaging when your current mortgage product is about to finish, or wish to borrow more money to improve your home. Whatever the situation, we are very happy to provide advice and there is no pressure to act on our suggestions.
